Aggie Legg Shipping Policy

At Aggie Legg, every order is handled with care. Whether you’re purchasing a ready-to-ship garment, commissioning a custom design, or collaborating on a bespoke piece, we aim to deliver your order securely and on time.


1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping on eligible exchanges.


2. Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Garments: Typically ship within 3–7 business days of purchase.

  • Custom Garments: Production and shipping timelines vary based on fabric selection and measurement confirmation. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Bespoke Garments: Timelines are agreed upon during the design process and confirmed before work begins.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Aggie Legg is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incorrect address information.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by their local authorities.

  • These costs are not included in product pricing or shipping fees at checkout.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays beyond our control.


4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery estimates at checkout are provided by carriers and may vary.

  • Aggie Legg cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs agencies.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped and tracking is issued, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery.

  • Aggie Legg is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in transit.

  • If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with claims when possible—email kait@aggielegg.com for support.


6. Address Changes

  • Please confirm your address carefully before placing your order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change delivery addresses. If you spot an error right after purchase, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before processing begins.


7. Refused or Returned Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to address errors, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

4. Delivery Times

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders). Aggie Legg is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to ensure delivery. Aggie Legg is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any issues related to delivery. 6. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you notice an error with your address after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee a change once the order is processed.

7. Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the package.
