Aggie Legg Refund & Return Policy
At Aggie Legg, every garment is designed and sewn with care in Brooklyn, using salvaged, repurposed, and vintage textiles. Whether you’re purchasing a one-of-a-kind ready-to-ship piece, commissioning a custom garment, or working with me on a bespoke design, each item is made to celebrate playful style, slow fashion, and thoughtful craft.
Because of the unique nature of these offerings, all sales are considered final.
Returns & Exchanges
-
Final Sale with Flexibility: While I cannot offer traditional refunds, if something you’ve purchased doesn’t work for you, I will gladly provide store credit toward a future purchase.
-
Notification Required: To qualify for store credit, you must notify me by email at kait@aggielegg.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
-
Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for store credit.
-
Accuracy Promise: If there are clear differences between your garment and what was shown on the product detail page or in approval photos provided for custom/bespoke orders, I will happily adjust or resolve the garment so that it aligns with what was represented at the time of purchase.
-
Custom & Made-to-Order: Custom garments, including pieces created with your measurements or fabric selections, are final sale and not eligible for return. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders.
-
Bespoke Orders: Bespoke garments are fully final sale due to their collaborative and highly personalized nature.
-
Accessories: Socks, beanies, and other small accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How Store Credit Works
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit in the form of an Aggie Legg gift code that can be applied to any future purchase online.
Community Standard
Aggie Legg is built on the principles of slow fashion, creative expression, and mutual trust. When you purchase a piece, you’re investing in something one-of-a-kind — designed with intention, made locally, and built to last. I am committed to honoring that trust by being transparent, responsive, and fair.
