1. About Aggie Legg

Aggie Legg is a small, independent brand based in Brooklyn, New York. We design and produce one-of-a-kind garments from salvaged, vintage, and repurposed textiles. Offerings include:

  • Ready-to-Ship Garments: One-of-a-kind pieces listed on our site.

  • Custom Garments: Made-to-order pieces using Aggie Legg silhouettes with your chosen fabrics and measurements.

  • Bespoke Garments: Fully collaborative designs developed with you from fabric to final detail.
    We may also wholesale limited goods from other small brands aligned with our commitment to slow fashion.


2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, sizing information, and approval images are accurate. Due to the nature of working with salvaged and vintage materials, slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur. These are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

If there are clear differences between your garment and what was shown on the product detail page (PDP) or in approval photos provided for custom or bespoke orders, we will work with you to adjust or resolve the garment.


3. Orders & Payment

  • Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

  • For custom garments, a 20% non-refundable deposit is collected upfront before production begins.

  • For bespoke garments, deposits and payment schedules will be outlined during the design process.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom and bespoke orders will follow timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Aggie Legg is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address entry or carrier issues, though we’ll do our best to assist in locating shipments.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale with Flexibility: All sales are final. However, if something doesn’t work for you, we offer store credit toward a future purchase, provided you:

    • Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order at kait@aggielegg.com.

    • Return the item unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom Garments: Final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, returns are not accepted.

  • Bespoke Garments: Final sale. These are one-of-a-kind designs created specifically for you.

  • Accessories (socks, beanies, etc.): Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once approved, store credit will be issued as an Aggie Legg gift code redeemable on future purchases.


6. Cancellations

  • Ready-to-ship orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Custom and bespoke orders may not be canceled once fabric has been cut or design work has commenced, as materials and time are dedicated specifically to your garment.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aggie Legg website — including images, text, and logos — is the intellectual property of Aggie Legg and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

Aggie Legg garments are made with care from salvaged and vintage textiles. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique nature of these materials. Aggie Legg is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products.


9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security.


10. Modifications

Aggie Legg reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of these changes.
